About the Role

The Key Account Analyst manager should be an expert on all aspects of order-book management and project management skills that will help promote and contribute to the growth of the business. They need to have the ability to train, lead broad based cross-functional activities, analyze reports and provide valid and meaningful input. The person in this role should be able to stay focused on efforts to improve performance, quality, and efficiency of work processes. Ability to set context, direction, and expectations for others.

Please Note: Ariat's corporate headquarters will be relocating from Union City, CA to San Leandro, CA spring of 2023.

You’ll Make a Difference by

  • Partnering with sales management team
  • Serving as primary back up to Customer Service Director, Key Accounts
  • Supervising a minimum of 6 direct reports
  • Bulk order management
  • EDI management
  • Be able to mentor, coach and guide her direct reports and the team
  • Preparing, discussing, and submitting performance reviews
  • Monitoring employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching as needed
  • Conducting one on ones
  • Displaying authenticity to engage and encourage high performance
  • Ensureing seamless execution of order book management that will help achieve maximum results across all channels
  • Guiding and leading implementation of new processes
  • Managing of accounts assigned to the team
  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure company goals and directives are met
  • Investigating customers’ problems and finding solutions
  • Providing resolution to issues with calculated risks
  • Displaying authenticity to engage and encourage high performance
  • Serving as a link between team members and upper management
  • Hiring and train new employees
  • Motivating team members and create strategies to boost productivity and efficiency
  • Providing courteous and professional service to internal and external customers
  • Performing other duties as assigned

About You

  • Intermediate to Advanced level computer skills with MS Office Word & Excel (pivots; v lookup; formulas)
  • Strong analytical skills required to determine possible issues, interpret data and identify solutions
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP preferred
  • Broad understanding of order to cash flow
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks
  • Detail orientated with outstanding follow-through
  • Able to solve customer problems, make decisions and take calculated risks in order to meet expectations in a manner consistent with company goals and policies. Raise issues that may affect cross functional departments.
  • 10+ years customer service in a high volume environment and preferably in a footwear, apparel, outdoor channel or manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional written, oral and face-to-face communication skills.
  • Team oriented.
  • Fast acting and capable of adapting quickly to change.
  • Desire and ability to contribute to and enhance Ariat’s unique culture, philosophy and core values. Team oriented and holds confidences.
  • Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 per year.

The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
